Residential and commercial roofing, exterior and interior parts distributor ABC Supply has acquired the assets of Roofing Supply Inc., located at 2600 West Mount Houston Road in Houston.

This marks ABC Supply’s 58th location in the Texas and further strengthens its support for contractors in the Houston area.

Founded in 2019, Roofing Supply provides roofing products and accessories and service to residential builders and contractors.

“Roofing Supply – Houston, Inc. has built a strong reputation for being reliable, fair and committed to their customers,” ABC Supply Southwest Region Vice President Matt Belcher said in a Nov. 17 news release. “Those qualities align perfectly with our culture at ABC Supply, so we’re excited to welcome their team to our family. Together, we’ll bring even more resources and support to help contractors succeed.”

RSI’s Houston location will continue operations under the ABC Supply name. ABC said owners Darren Breaux and Jeff Smejkal will continue in leadership roles, with Breaux as branch manager and Smejkal in outside sales.

ABC Supply is ranked No. 1 on MDM’s 2025 Top Distributors List for Building Materials/Construction.
