OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired Global Energy Solutions (GES), expanding the industrial equipment distributor and service provider’s rotating equipment capabilities across the Central U.S.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2010, GES operates facilities in Oklahoma City, OK and Fort Smith, AR. The company provides rotating equipment sales, service and repair to industrial customers, including in-house medium-voltage electric motor and pump repair capabilities and 24/7 field service.
Columbus, OH-based OTC said the addition strengthens its service presence in Oklahoma and Arkansas while adding motor, drive and pump expertise.
“GES strategically increases the OTC service presence in Oklahoma and Arkansas, while adding proven motor, drive and pump expertise and a team whose customer service culture matches OTC’s,” OTC Rotating Equipment Group President Brett Stanton said in announcing the deal.
On MDM’s 2026 Top Distributors Lists, OTC was No. 5 for Power Transmission, No. 11 for Fluid Power and No. 23 for Industrial Supplies.
The acquisition continues OTC’s investment in expanding its rotating equipment service and repair network. Its previously most recent acquisition came in August 2025, when it acquired Fleetwood Industrial Products and P-M Industrial in southeast Pennsylvania, adding rotating equipment components, fluid sealing products and repair capabilities in the Northeast.
Six months earlier, OTC acquired Baton Rouge, LA-based Premier Equipment Corporation and Premier Control Systems. That deal added six locations across Louisiana and Texas and approximately 85 employees, taking OTC to more than 2,000 employees, 70 locations and 60 service shops at the time.
In April 2024, OTC acquired Allied Sales & Service, a pump and mechanical seal distributor and service provider with facilities in Louisiana and Alabama.
Beyond M&A, OTC in June opened a roughly 4,000-square-foot Dispense Center of Excellence at its Louisville, KY, facility. The center provides testing, process validation, training and demonstrations for industrial dispensing, mixing, metering and automation applications.
