Mesa Fastener — a San Diego-based distributor of commercial threaded fasteners — has been sold to Raymond Capital Management. The acquisition closed Aug. 11, 2025.
Dallas-based M&A firm Generational Group advised Mesa Fastener in the sale.
Mesa Fastener serves a wide range of industries throughout the Southwest. Founded in 1977, the company began with tapping screws for the mobile home awning market and has steadily expanded its offerings to include blind rivets, bolts, nuts, anchors, washers and other specialty items. Its key customer segments include window manufacturers, woodworking companies, hollow metal door and frame contractors, and OEMs. The company stocks more than 10,000 unique products.
Mesa Fastener is led by Founder and CEO Randy Jones.
Based in St. Louis, Raymond Capital Management is focused on industries that include manufacturing, construction, transportation, government, healthcare, energy and utilities. Its capabilities span industrial distribution, inventory management solutions, custom manufacturing, digital access and analytics, and consulting in procurement and supply chain optimization.
