Wayne, PA-based contractor and industrial supplies buying group AD reported Feb. 2 that its member sales for the full year 2025 were $100 billion across the network’s 13 divisions and three countries — up approximately 20% vs. 2024.
On a same-day store basis, AD member sales increased approximately 6%, including +6% in the U.S.; +5% in Canada and +1% in Mexico.

The major overall gain was largely driven by AD’s merger with IMARK Electrical that completed in September 2024. Pre-marger, AD’s annual membership sales were around $75 billion.
In addition to IMARK, AD members acquired 62 companies outside of the group, and 27 members within the group.
Purchases by member companies from AD supplier partners grew 34% vs. 2024, and grew 7% on a same-store basis.
Distribution to AD owner-members exceeded $1.8 billion.
“2025 was a very strong year for AD and its Owner-Members, marked by record results and incredible growth,” AD CEO Bill Weisberg said in a news release. 2026 is already on track to be another record year due to our merger with the great companies of The Commonwealth Group (TCG) and positive early indicators in most of our industries.”
