Dallas-based building controls, automation and gas detection solutions distributor Building Controls & Solutions was acquired by Denver-based private equity firm Platte River Equity from LKCM Headwater Investments.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
BCS is a distributor of building automation solutions, providing a wide range of products and services aimed at optimizing building performance and boosting energy efficiency. The company has 24 branches across the U.S. and Canada.
