ISA honored the recipients of its John J. Buckley lifetime Achievement Award and Women’s Influence Award at the association’s ISA25 annual spring conference in Nashville, TN on April 1.
John J. Buckley Lifetime Achievement Award

ISA honored Tommy Thompson with its 2025 John J. Buckley Lifetime Achievement Award. The John J. Buckley Lifetime Achievement Award is ISA’s highest honor, given to individuals who have advanced the industrial supply industry. Thompson is being recognized for his long career of outstanding contributions to the field.
Thomspon spent 46 years at Turner Supply Company. He started in inside sales and quickly moved up through the company, managing the company’s largest customer account and demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.

As executive vice president, Thomspon played a key role in Turner Supply Company’s growth, overseeing eight mergers and acquisitions and launching supply programs. Thompson also served on the company’s Board and will be transitioning into a part-time role in 2025.

We are thrilled to recognize his legacy and contributions with this well-deserved honor.”
ISA’s Women’s Influence Award

ISA honored Molly Langdon — Stellar Industrial Supply Senior VP of Customer Experience and ISA Women in Industry Network Immediate Past Chair — with its ISA’s Women’s Influence Award.
This award honors a leader who has made a lasting impact on the industrial supply channel by advocating for women, promoting inclusion and driving meaningful change. For over five years, ISA said Langdon has been a key figure in its Women in Industry Network, shaping its vision and mission to empower women in the field.

From her early days as a branch manager to her current role as Senior VP Customer Experience, Langdon has been dedicated to supporting and amplifying others, ensuring women’s voices are heard across the industry.
“Molly’s leadership has been truly transformative,” Breen said in a separate release. “She has spent years lifting others up, breaking down barriers, and shaping ISA’s Women in Industry Network into the strong, powerful community it is today. But her impact extends far beyond ISA—she has helped redefine how our industry values and empowers women. Her mentorship, vision, and constant support for others make her the perfect recipient of this award.”
