NetPlus Alliance President and CEO Jennifer Murphy garnered a major honor during the Industrial Supply Association’s ISA24 convention April 15-17 in Charlotte, NC, receiving the group’s annual Women’s Influence Award.

This accolade recognizes Murphy’s outstanding commitment to advancing the development and influence of women in the industrial supply channel.

ISA noted that, in leading NetPlus — a buying group for industrial and construction supplies distributors and manufacturers — Murphy has built an inclusive and dedicated team with a purpose-driven culture. NetPlus’ considerable growth under her tenure included 2023 member purchases increasing by 265% since 2013.

In 2021, NetPlus transitioned ownership and leadership to Murphy from her father and company founder Dan Judge, who received ISA’s John J. Buckley Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017.

“Receiving the Women’s Influence Award from the Industrial Supply Association is a great honor, as it acknowledges our collective commitment to promote diversity and inclusivity in our industry,” Murphy said in an ISA news release. “Supporting the progress and impact of women is not only the right thing to do but also strategically important, fostering innovation, growth and sustainability. I’m grateful for this recognition and remain dedicated to the empowerment of all people in the industrial and construction supply channels.”

Beyond leading NetPlus, Murphy has been an active participant in ISA’s Women in Industry group since 2012, where she has contributed to various committees and initiatives aimed at supporting women’s advancement within the sector. She has also served as a mentor in multiple capacities, guiding aspiring entrepreneurs and industry professionals to success.

“We are thrilled to recognize Jennifer Murphy with the Women’s Influence Award,” ISA CEO Brendan Breen added. “Her exemplary leadership, dedication to inclusivity, and commitment to supporting women’s advancement make her a true role model in our industry. Jennifer’s contributions have not only transformed NetPlus Alliance but have also inspired positive change across the industrial supply channel.”
