The Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA) has welcomed new distributor member Industrial Concepts & Solutions.

Walker, MI-based ICS specializes in the distribution of products including adjustable/variable speed drives, belt and chain drives, motors, shaft couplings, u-joints and industrial specialty chemicals. The company also offers services such as component assembly, machining and turn-key equipment builds. It serves industries which include agriculture, manufacturing and packaging in western Michigan.

“We’re a newly-formed company, but our team brings over 100 years of combined experience in the power transmission industry,” ICS Vice President Andrea Brenner said. “Throughout our careers, we’ve seen the value of strong networks and shared knowledge. We joined PTDA to build meaningful relationships, stay connected to the industry and establish ourselves as a company committed to the long-term future of power transmission.”

Chicago-based PTDA is a global association for the industrial power transmission/motion control (PT/MC) distribution channel. PTDA represents power transmission/motion control distribution firms that generate more than $20 billion in sales and span over 2,700 locations. PTDA members also include manufacturers that supply the PT/MC industry.
