Shipping, industrial and packaging materials distributor Uline announced the planned opening of a 286,000-square-foot distribution center in August.
The new DC is located on Echo Avenue in Reno, NV, three miles from the company’s exiting branch. Uline said the expansion increases the company’s regional footprint to 1.2 million square feet since it first launched operations in Reno in 2021, reflecting growing customer demand throughout California, Nevada and Utah.

To support the expansion, Uline plans to add approximately 25 new positions. The company hosted a hiring event on April 22 at its current Reno warehouse to recruit for the new roles. Renovations on the new facility are set to begin this month.
“We are excited about our continued investment in the Reno area,” Uline Reno Branch Manager Brian Wayer said in an April 15 news release. “Even in an uncertain economy, Uline continues to grow and offers employees generous benefits and opportunities for growth.”
