St. Louis-based packaging distributor Novvia Group has acquired APC Packaging, a Florida-based supplier of sustainable luxury packaging solutions for the beauty, cosmetics and personal care markets. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Novvia said the acquisition expands its presence in the beauty and personal care packaging sector while adding capabilities in sustainable and luxury-focused packaging solutions. APC will continue operating under its existing leadership team.
“APC has built an impressive platform with deep expertise in beauty and personal care packaging, supported by strong supplier relationships and a commitment to innovation and sustainability,” Novvia Executive Chairman Ken Roessler said in the release.
APC CEO and Founder Andrew Kaye said the company sees Novvia as “an ideal partner” to support its next phase of growth.
The deal marks Novvia’s latest acquisition as the company continues expanding its rigid packaging distribution footprint across North America through both geographic and end-market diversification. The Kelso-backed company has completed multiple acquisitions over the past two years, including the November 2025 purchase of Aaron Packaging’s distribution business in Washington state to strengthen its Northwest U.S. presence.
Novvia was formed in 2021 through the combination of several regional packaging distributors and has since built a national platform spanning industrial, consumer and life sciences packaging markets. Its portfolio now includes more than 20 packaging businesses, including Saxco, Rhino Container, Southern Container and Liquid Bottles.
