Bolingbrook, IL-based specialty and class C component distributor S.W. Anderson Co. acquired Aero-Space Computer Supplies (ASCS), a factory authorized stocking distributor in Minneapolis, MN.
Founded in 1926, S.W. Anderson supplies specialty and standard fasteners, hardware, slides and manufacturing components for the industrial manufacturing market. The company provides services to tier-1 manufacturers and OEMs in the automotive, commercial vehicle, consumer goods, aerospace, and food and beverage industries, among others.
S.W. Anderson’s manufacturer relationships will offer ASCS local, personalized service, and high-tech products from international manufacturers, ASCS’ Vice President of Operations Dan Babich said in a
ASCS was started in 1963 as a factory-authorized stocking distributor of engineered fasteners and electromechanical components which support the electronic enclosure, flex circuitry and power management markets.
