Industrial water and wastewater supplies distribution platform United Flow Technologies (UFT) acquired Moss Kelley, Quality Controls and GP Jager.

Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Florida-based Moss-Kelley is a manufacturer’s representa tive serving the municipal water and wastewater market throughout the Florida Peninsula, from Key West to the Apalachicola River. The company was established in 1984 by Sonny Moss and Jim Kelley.

Founded in 1992, Quality Controls operates in the northern Mid-Atlantic region as a representative and distributor of valves, valve automation, process equipment and instrumentation. The company has two facilities located in Waldwick, NJ and West Chester, PA.

Based in Boonton, NJ, GP Jager is a manufacturer’s representative in the municipal water and wastewater sector, serving more than 80 manufacturers. Established in 1995, the company provides a range of equipment solutions to customers throughout New York and New Jersey.
