Electronic components distributor Avnet reported its 2025 fourth quarter (April-June) amd full year financial results on Aug. 6, showing continued sales growth in Asia, a region which has recorded its fourth consecutive quarter of year-over-year growth.
Avnet posted 4Q sales of $5.6 billion, up 1.0% YoY and down 5.7% over 3Q25. America sales totaled $1.33 billion, down 2.0% YoY and down 4.2% sequentially; and EMEA sales of $1.99 billion fell 16.7% YoY and 2.6% sequentially. Meanwhile, Asia sales of $2.69 billion increased 17.6% YoY and increased 8.4% sequentially.
By business unit in 3Q, Electronic Components sales of $5.23 billion rose 0.8% YoY and 5.7% sequentially, while Farnell sales of $386.5 million rose 3.0% YoY and 5.4%% sequentially.
Operating profit of $73.5 million fell 55.3% YoY, while operating margin of 1.3%Â declined 164 bps YoY.
For the full year, Avnet recorded total 2025 sales of $22.2 billion, down 6.7% annually, whil gross margin of 10.7% fell 90 basis points.
Avnet was No. 2 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for Electronics, and was designated an 2025 MDM Industry Titan for ranking in the top three of that list for the past five consecutive years.
