Tools and tool storage products manufacturer Snap-on announced May 5 that it has acquired Hi-Force Group Holdings in Daventry, U.K.
Hi-Force is a designer and manufacturer of high-pressure hydraulic tools, heavy lifting systems and torque/tensioning equipment.
The purchase price was $58 million.
Snap-on said the acquisition complements and expands its offering in the growing torque market across a variety of industries that include oil & gas, power generation, railways, mining and heavy engineering.Â
Hi-Force will become part of Snap-on’s Commercial & Industrial Group.
Kenosha, WI-based Snap-on had 2025 annual sales of $4.7 billion.
