On Dec. 5, foodservice and JanSan distributor BradyIFS announced two new acquisitions in Northern California and Maryland.

BradyIFS acquired San Rafael, California-based Maintenance Supplies and Marketing, Inc., a JanSan, facilities maintenance and foodservice distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. MSM is owned by the Polito family.

“We are fortunate that Len, Lisa, Leigh, Loren and the team at MSM have joined BradyIFS,” said Kenneth D. Sweder, Chairman & CEO of BradyIFS. “MSM‘s product and service footprint align perfectly with our Northern California platform.”

BradyIFS also acquired Baltimore-based H.C. Walterhoefer & Sons, a foodservice, dry goods and JanSan distributor serving Maryland and Virginia. Terms of that deal also were not disclosed.

Over the past four decades, brothers John and Jerry Walterhoefer have managed the product and services growth of the business, BradyIFS said.
