Columbus-based Ohio Transmission Corporation — an industrial equipment service provider and distributor — acquired Diversified Pump, a provider of pumps, heat exchangers, gas compressors and service to industrial customers throughout the New England region.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The acquisition is the third OTC has announced in the past week. The company also acquired TP Pump and Critical Rental Solutions.
