Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery and Build.com will unify under the Ferguson Home brand, a single source for kitchen, bath, lighting and home improvement products.
The company said Ferguson Home sets a new industry standard with an integrated shopping experience that blends the convenience of eCommerce with personalized, showroom-based consultations, creating a seamless omnichannel brand.

According to Ferguson, the consolidation enhances the customer experience by offering a seamless, streamlined experience under one consistent name. Through FergusonHome.com, customers can pre-select products online, prepare in-person showroom consultations and receive expert guidance.
“This marks an exciting new chapter for Ferguson, where our unified brand identity empowers us to serve customers better and expand our reach nationwide,” Ferguson Director of Showrooms Caroline Danielson said in a Feb. 25 news release. “As the company steps into this new era, Ferguson Home fully embraces a harmonious integration of our physical storefronts with our dynamic digital presence, helping us deliver on our goal of ensuring our customers’ projects are a success.”
Ferguson to Position Closer to Contractors with Market Distribution Centers (free for Premium)
The transition to Ferguson Home started on Feb. 25 with the launch of FergusonHome.com, while Build.com will remain active for six months to facilitate a smooth transition.
In recent news, Outlaw Real Estate shared Jan. 29 that construction had begun on a new 88,000-square-foot Ferguson facility in Belgrade, MT that looks to improve the company’s capacity to serve customers in construction and design sectors.
