WizCommerce introduced a platform aimed at improving profitability through automation and AI tools. The company said its platform includes AI-powered quoting, personalized storefronts and automated product content management to streamline sales processes for representatives and buyers.
According to WizCommerce, more than 700 sales representatives and over 300,000 buyers currently use the platform across categories such as home decor, furniture, lighting, gifts and general merchandise.
The company recently launched Kai — an AI sales assistant designed to support sales reps by identifying opportunities, preparing meeting materials, recommending products and automating follow-ups. WizCommerce said the tool is intended to help reps focus more on direct selling. The company plans to expand its AI offerings to support both front- and back-office operations.

“We didn’t raise this round to patch a broken system, we raised it to erase the old way entirely,” WizCommerce Co-Founder and CEO Div Makkar said in an Aug. 25 news release “Distributors don’t need more tools, they need a smarter operating system. In a few years, AI will be core to how this industry moves: orders will write themselves, content will be auto-generated, and reps will have superpowers. That’s the future we’re building.”
WizCommerce said it is working with several distributors, including Turkana Foods, Dakota’s Best, Avandium Trading, Arteriors Home and Loloi Rugs.
