Cloud-based logistics and supply chain technology provider Descartes has acquired Extensiv, a California-based provider of warehouse management and fulfillment solutions for third-party logistics providers (3PLs), for approximately $120 million.
“The combination of Extensiv with Descartes’ transportation, connectivity, visibility, trade intelligence, customs compliance and last mile delivery solutions, enables logistics service providers to expand their offerings and scale operations with a single technology provider versus a patchwork of vendors,” Descartes General Manager of Logistics Services Providers Scott Sangster said.
This deal follows Descartes’ acquisition of an transportation management solutions provider for freight brokers, Tai, on Aug. 24, 2026.
