Charlotte, NC-based aerospace component distribution group Aeromed Group acquired AIReps Inc.

Based in Anaheim, CA, AIReps is a supplier of aerospace hardware, including connectors, fasteners, seals, HI-LOKs, tubing, spacers, bolts and springs. The company holds multiple certifications and is a Boeing Silver Supplier with a 99.98% on-time delivery rate for over six million parts.
A longtime supplier to OEMs, MROs and defense contractors like Boeing, Lockheed Martin and Triumph Group, AIReps supports aircraft programs such as the A-10, C-17, F-16 and KC-135. It also offers demand flow scheduling, AOG delivery and custom parts through a network of vetted vendors.

“Their outstanding reputation, deep inventory of high-demand and specialty items and commitment to customer satisfaction align seamlessly with our mission,” Aeromed Group Chairman & CEO Bob Spence said in a June 4 news release. “AIReps’ team of highly experienced, long-standing supplier relationships and exceptional quality and fulfillment metrics will significantly enhance our collective ability to serve the aerospace and defense industry.”
AIReps said the acquisition enhances Aeromed’s ability to provide integrated, scalable solutions to customers across North America and internationally.
