Residential and commercial roofing, exterior and interior parts distributor ABC Supply promoted Andy Callaway, Frank Marcoccio and Jonathan Shepard to executive leadership positions, effective March 1.

Andy Callaway has been promoted to senior vice president of merchandising. In addition to leading Mule-Hide and Norandex, he will now oversee American Construction Metals (ACM) and the Catalog division. Callaway joined ABC Supply in late 2016 after the L&W Supply acquisition. He was named executive director of enterprise merchandising in October 2022 and became VP of merchandising in July 2023.

Meanwhile, Frank Marcoccio was promoted to chief administrative officer (CAO) of ABC Supply and chief operating officer of L&W Supply. As CAO, he will focus on enterprise strategy and planning, while as COO, he will oversee L&W Supply’s field operations to drive growth and market expansion. Marcoccio, who joined ABC Supply in 2010 through the Bradco Supply acquisition, previously served as Georgia District manager and VP of the Southeast Region starting in January 2019.

Jonathan Shepard has been promoted to president of ABC Supply’s branch operations, where he will lead field teams and oversee operations at the National Support Center to improve efficiency and customer service. Shepard joined ABC Supply in 2010 through the Bradco Supply acquisition. He became president of Mule-Hide Products in 2014 and was named VP of the Southwest Region in 2019.
