Puyallup, WA-based Trimlite — a distributor of residential doors and related door products owned by Wynnchurch Capital — announced March 11 that it has acquired Harris Door and Millwork.
Scotty Harris Jr. and Devon Miller will continue to lead Harris Door as General Manager and VP of Product Management, respectively, while remaining shareholders. Scott Harris Sr. will continue with the company, facilitating sales retention, and will also remain a shareholder.

Founded in 1982, Trimlite provides residential doors and related door products across North America. The company supplies a broad range of interior and exterior door slabs, prehung doors, door glass and doorlites, and other related products, sold through its network of wholesale distributors, dealers and OEM customers.
