Specialty building materials supplier SRS Distribution partnered with the contractor networking platform ToolBelt.
Vancouver, WA-based ToolBelt is a network for builders and remodelers to connect with subcontractors and tradespeople.
According to the news release, the partnership broadens ToolBelt’s accessibility for contractors to find work and labor, utilizing SRS’s nationwide reach. ToolBelt said SRS contractors have the opportunity to be promoted — with the platform’s latest verification feature — over other contractors across the market. Furthermore, the partnership enables SRS to more easily secure resources and labor, helping them “remain on schedule and within budget.”
This is the latest partnership SRS has landed recently. In October, SRS released its Roof Hub Estimator tool to boost contractors’ accuracy and efficiency of roofing project estimates.
At the end of July, SRS announced its partnership with the Department of Defense’s SkillBridge Training Program that helps service members get civilian work internships.
The Home Depot completed its $18 billion acquisition of SRS in June.
