St. Louis, MO- based Graybar, a distributor of electrical, industrial, automation and connectivity products and provider of supply chain and management and logistics services, announced several forthcoming leadership changes.
Dennis DeSousa, who currently serves as Chief of Staff and as a member of Graybar’s Board of Directors, will retire on April 1, 2026, after nearly four decades with the company; while Ellen Rebne, who currently serves as Senior Vice President of Sales, will retire on Jan. 1, 2026, after more than 36 years with the company.
“Dennis DeSousa and Ellen Rebne have set a remarkable example of commitment and leadership, and we thank them for their outstanding contributions,” Chairman, President and CEO Kathleen Mazzarella said in a Dec. 8 news release. “Looking forward, strong leadership will continue to drive our long-term growth and transformation. I’m proud to congratulate our newly promoted leaders and am confident they will help power our success for years to come.”
The following promotions that will take effect Jan. 1, 2026:
- Andy Ipson, who currently serves as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management, will take on expanded responsibilities as Senior Vice President of Sales and Service. In this role, he will provide strategic direction for both sales and service, while maintaining oversight of the company’s operations and supply chain functions.
- Regis Ganley will be promoted from Director Business Development to VP of Market Development.
- Paul Steckler will be promoted from Director Inventory Management and Optimization to VP of Investment and Inventory Management.
- W. Russell Wood will be promoted from Director Business Development to VP of Category Management.
