Texas-based electrical supplies distributor Lonestar Electric is opening a new distribution center in Nashville, TN this summer.
The expansion follows the addition of locations in Louisiana and Oklahoma announced last year.

The Nashville facility will focus on distributing electrical supplies in partnership with major industry players such as ABB Electrification, Southwire and Orbit Industries. Led by Chad Barney, the new location will employ around 40 people. The DC is expected to begin shipping orders as early as June.
“The past year has marked tremendous growth for our company,” Lonestar Electric Supply CEO Jeff Metzler said in a May 13 news release. “Whether it’s Louisiana, Oklahoma or now Tennessee — we see a demand for solution-driven distribution models like ours. We will continue to work hard and innovate to earn the business of Tennessee electrical contractors.”
Lonestar first expanded outside of Texas this past October with a new facility in New Orleans, followed by starting operations in Oklahoma City in March.
