Los Angeles, CA-based network infrastructure products distributor Talley LLC — a subsidiary of Rexel USA — acquired Connectronics.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Hiawatha, IA, Connectronics is a distributor of wireless networking and connectivity products. Founded in 1982 and previously owned by Bald Cypress Advisors, the company serves commercial, service provider, mining, hospitality and enterprise sectors. Connectronics offers products and support for wireless backhaul PtP, PtMP, mesh and client access solutions along with product staging, delivery and technical support.

Talley said the acquisition expands its technical capabilities and support for system integrators and carriers deploying advanced wireless networks.
“This is a significant step forward in our mission to provide comprehensive connectivity solutions. Connectronics brings a talented team, deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of delivering high-quality service,” Talley President Mark Talley said in an Aug. 1 news release. “By joining forces, we are better positioned to serve customers nationwide with scalable and reliable infrastructure for today’s connected world.”
Connectronics will continue operating from its current central facility, with its team and operations integrating into Talley’s to support project delivery across North America.
