Electronic components and automation products distributor DIgikey expanded its portfolio in 2024 by adding more than 455 new suppliers and more than 1.1 million innovative products across the company’s core business, Marketplace and Fulfilled by DigiKey programs.
The company said it plans to expand further in 2025 by adding more products and suppliers in key areas such as automotive, AI, energy, industrial automation and IoT to drive growth.

“2024 was a year of investment for DigiKey, and an important piece of that strategy was seeding the market with new product introductions from innovative suppliers,” DigiKey VP of Global Business Development Mike Slater said in a Jan. 30 news release. “The significant additions we made to our product and supplier portfolios last year are tied directly to our record-high customer count, and we’re excited to continue offering engineers and designers industry-leading products in 2025.”

New Suppliers added in 2024, include:
- Amphenol Airmar – makes high-performance sensors for marine and industrial use
- HALO Electronics – a supplier of communication and power magnetics
- Menlo Micro – known for its compact, cost-effective RF switches
- Jameco – offera educational kits and hobby kits.
New products introductions in 2024, include:
- Würth Elektronik’s WE-MXGI
- onsemi’s NIV3071 4-channel eFuse
- Amphenol SSI Technologies’ general-purpose level ultrasonic sensors (GPLUS)
- Knowles’ DLI gain equalizers
- STMicroelectronics’ STM32N6 series CPUs
- Teledyne LeCroy’s T3DSO3000HD digital oscilloscopes with trigger/decode options
- NXP’s RW61x Tri-Radio MCUs
- Midas Displays’ mono reflective TFT displays
Thief River Falls, MN-based DigiKey was No. 5 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for Electronics.
