Fasteners and industrial supplies distributor LINC Systems, based in Westfield, IN, has acquired Ample Supply Company — a single-location distributor of package staplers, staples and other packaging supplies based in Sycamore, IL.

In a May 13 news release, the company stated the acquisition of Ample Supply Company supports LINC Systems’s growth strategy by enhancing regional coverage, expanding product offerings and improving the company’s ability to serve customers more quickly and efficiently.

The acquisition is LINC Systems’ first since October 2025, when it purchased Allied Fastening Supply — a 30-year-old company operating from Vancouver, WA. Founded in 1995, LINC has been owned by Center Rock Capital Partners since 2018. The company has 16 locations across the U.S.
