Foodservice equipment, supplies and parts distributor Diversified Foodservice Supply appointed Lev Peker as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.

DFS said his background in eCommerce, operations and system modernization aligns with the company’s current strategic goals.

Based in Vernon Hills, IL, DFS supplies parts, accessories and equipment to the foodservice industry, serving over 250,000 customer locations globally. The company’s product range includes OEM brands and private labels like Mavrik OCM parts, Franklin kitchen accessories and KNG apparel, sold through banners such as AllPoints, TundraFMP, Gaskets Unlimited and Espresso Parts.

“The opportunity to lead a company with such deep industry roots and a strong customer-first culture is incredibly exciting,” Peker said in an Aug. 8 news release. “I look forward to building on this foundation and unlocking new ways to deliver value through innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation.”
