HVAC, plumbing and hydronics products distributor APR Supply appointed Brian Schlise as President, effective May 12.

In this newly established position, Schlise will be responsible for managing daily operations and driving strategic initiatives in line with the company’s long-term objectives. Scott Weaver will remain CE0, concentrating on overall enterprise vision and growth.

Schlise has over 20 years of leadership experience in HVAC distribution, construction and logistics. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Ohio Valley. Prior to that, he held senior executive roles in HVAC distribution, overseeing multi-site operations, capital planning, parts sales, organizational development and strategic planning. He also served on the HVAC Divisional Board at Affiliated Distributors, offering strategic insight and fostering distributor-supplier partnerships.
