Hydraulic and industrial fluid power distributor and manufacturer Echelon Supply and Service promoted Matthew Dekay to President.
With 13 years of experience at Echelon, Dekay previously served as the EVP and CFO where he led initiatives that strengthened the company’s “foundation for growth.” The company said Dekay improved profitability, the upgrade of key systems and dove transformation throughout Echelon during his time as CFO and EVP.

“Matt has proven to be a thoughtful and effective leader during a critical time for Echelon,” Echelon Chairman Bob Hund said in a Jan. 28 news release. “His focus on operational excellence, customer success and team collaboration positions Echelon for a strong and sustainable future.”
In his new position, Dekay will work with Echelon’s leadership and board to strengthen customer relationships and steer the company toward its goal.
