Now comprised of eight Midwest distributors acquired since 2021, CES said the Bolton & Hay addition supports its strategy of blending the service-oriented values of family-owned businesses with the expanded resources of a larger organization.

CES’s portfolio now includes CES Nationwide, CES Hiebing, Dubick Fixture and Supply, March Equipment, McCormick Service, Ramar Supply, Total Restaurant Supply, United Fast Food and Beverage, Wilson Restaurant Supply, Windrock Enterprises and Bolton & Hay.

“Lew Bolton’s long-standing history and deep-rooted relationships in Iowa make Bolton & Hay a perfect fit to join the Wilson team,” CES CEO Tyler Jeffrey said in the news release.
