Jersey Beverage Network, LLC, an affiliate of Fedway Associates Inc., announced it will acquire Ritchie & Page Distributing Company, a family-owne
d and operated business and a member of the Anheuser-Busch New Jersey wholesaler network. Subject to supplier approvals, Jersey Beverage Network will assume Ritchie & Page’s beer distribution operations in Burlington, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean and parts of Camden and Hunterdon counties.
Ritchie & Page is located in Robbinsville, NJ. The transaction is expected to close in early January. Terms were not disclosed.
This acquisition expands Fedway’s business into the beer category, and the company said the move further advances Fedway’s mission to be New Jersey’s “premier full-service distributor across wine, spirits and now beer.”
Headquartered in Basking Ridge, NJ, family-owned Fedway Associates serves over 7,000 licenses across the state. As part of this transition, Chris Natale, Emma Natale and Jack Natale of the Ritchie & Page team will continue in their current roles to ensure continuity for retail partners, suppliers and employees.
