Fluid solutions distributor TIPCO announced on June 19 its partnership with Houston, TX-based DW Industries

Terms were not disclosed, but Richard Weaver will continue to lead DW Industries as part of the partnership.

Established in 1979 by Dale Weaver, DW Industries is a supplier of hoses and hose assemblies. Serving industries from petrochemical and oilfield to defense, agriculture, marine and HVAC, the company delivers tested, certified products from its ISO and API-certified facility, producing large volumes daily.

TIPCO said the partnership enhances its presence in Texas and expands its footprint to 42 locations across 17 states.

TIPCO’s most recent previous acquisitions was of Rochester, NY-based Potter Associates, announced on March 18.
