Muskego, WI-based fluid power distributor and control systems provider J.M. Grimstad acquired Galland Henning Balers.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1887, Prairie du Chein, WI-based Galland Henning Balers manufactures metal balers for large-scale manufacturers and recyclers. It serves industries such as metal recycling, automotive and manufacturing, offering balers that help reduce waste and streamline operations.

J.M. Grimstad has over 80 years of fluid power experience with an average-tenured staff of more than 17 years. The company said the acquisition strengthens its portfolio and boosts its capacity to provide innovative solutions to the manufacturing and recycling industries.
