Dallas, TX-based industrial rubber and fluid power products distributor Singer Industrial acquired Wilmington Rubber & Gasket.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in North Carolina, Wilmington Rubber & Gasket is a supplier of industrial rubber products, including hoses, gaskets, packing, belting, plastics and pumps. Established in 1985, the company specializes in hose assemblies, rubber and plastic fabrication and operates a full-service waterjet cutting facility. Wilmington Rubber & Gasket serves a variety of industries, including pulp and paper, chemical, marine, power, nuclear, utility and construction.

Following the acquisition, Singer Industrial will now operate more than 100 locations across North America and employs over 1,400 team members.
