Fluid solutions distributor TIPCO Technologies acquired Kenilworth, NJ-based Flexline. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Flexline is a manufacturer of specialty hose assemblies, catering to customers across the northeast United States. The company produces custom stainless-steel metal and PTFE hose assemblies in various pressures, flexibility characteristics and fitting configurations. Serving industries such as OEM, aerospace, distribution and specialty sectors, Flexline offers a wide range of products, including stainless steel metal, Teflon, silicone, composite and rubber hose assemblies.

“TIPCO Technologies is excited to welcome Jeff Scheininger and Team Flexline to our family of people and partnerships,” TIPCO Technologies CEO of Commercial Business Rob Lyons said in a March 4 news release. “Flexline’s commercial commitment to emerging markets featuring innovative engineered solutions holds great promise for our collective future. This not only enhances opportunities but paves the way for sustainable growth.”
With the acquisition, TIPCO will expand to 37 locations across 15 states, furthering enhances its presence in the New Jersey market.

The company made four acquisitions in 2024, including its most recent previous acquisition of Elmhurst, IL-based Alliance Hose & Rubber, completed on October 3.
