On Sept. 9, Robert Madden Industries (RMI) acquired Shore Distributors in a move that brings together two longstanding, family-owned HVAC distributors.
The Texas-based distributor, founded in 1979, serves markets across Texas, Oklahoma, Northwest Arkansas and Eastern New Mexico. The acquisition of Shore Distributors now expands RMI’s service footprint into Maryland, Delaware and Virginia, with 11 locations in the Delmarva Peninsula.
“This acquisition brings together two companies with a shared commitment to strong relationships and dependable service,” RMI officials wrote in an deal announcement on LinkedIn (shown below). “As we begin this next chapter together, we look forward to supporting Shore’s customers and employees while building on the strengths of both organizations.”
Founded in Salisbury, Maryland in 1946, Shore Distributors has built an 80-year legacy of service.
