“CP’s role is vital to our responsibility to help local companies and service companies develop talent,” Robert DiTommaso, President of Winsupply’s Support Services Group, said in a news release. “She joins a strong team already doing great work, and I look forward to seeing her impact as she partners with this group to scale the effectiveness of our training programs.”

Winsupply Support Services Campus in Dayton, OH has about 500 employees who work to support its more than 680 companies in the U.S.

“We have an opportunity to elevate how we support our local companies; expanding beyond job-specific training to deliver best practices, leadership development and soft skills that truly help our local companies thrive,” added Kamna Gupta, Vice President of Winsupply’s Support Services Group. “At the same time, we are equally committed to creating innovative, impactful, and future-ready training programs within the Service Companies.”

At NAW, CP served as Senior Director of Member Programs, designing the executive education and training portfolio for the association’s 250 distributor member companies, capping her tenure off with NAW’s annual Executive Summit held late January in Washington D.C.

“The opportunity to utilize training to help support individuals on their journey of owning and operating their own business is incredibly unique,” Ryan said. “Training should be continuous and energizing, evolving with each business to meet changing demands.”

On MDM’s 2025 Top Distributors Lists, Winsupply charted at No. 2 for Plumbing, No. 3 for HVACR, No. 6 for Industrial PVF, No. 17 for Electrical and 22 for Industrial Supplies. The company posted 2026 annual sales of $8.4 billion, and it has approximately 9,500 employees across the U.S.

NAW acquired MDM in January 2024.

“CP has been instrumental in shaping NAW’s programming into what it is today; an essential platform where distribution leaders come together to learn, challenge each other and move the industry forward,” said Bart Tessel, NAW’s Chief Innovation Officer. “Over the past four years, she elevated the quality of our content, brought in world-class voices and reimagined the experience of our in-person events in ways that truly resonated with our members. We’re incredibly grateful for her leadership and the lasting impact she’s had on NAW and the broader distribution community. The fact that she’s continuing her journey with Winsupply — one of our valued members, serving more than 9,000 employees across its companies — makes us especially proud. They’re gaining an exceptional leader, and we’re excited to see the impact she will make.”
