Residential and commercial construction and industrial supplies distributor Winsupply announced March 23 that it is set to make major distribution center investments and expansion at three locations.

The company said that, over the next two years, it will add a combined 1.6 million square feet of capacity to its national distribution network that will empower its more than 680 local companies and provide a scalable foundation for future businesses to join its portfolio.

The project is headlined by investments or expansion at the following three sites, in chronological order of expected completion:

  • Atlanta, GA — Winsupply has purchased a 1.17-million-square-foot DC
  • Oklahoma City, OK — Winsupply is expanding its existing DC by 254,000 square feet
  • Dayton, OH: At its headquarters campus, Winsupply is expanding its existing DC by approximately 200,000 square feet

Winsupply expects the Dayton expansion to complete by the fall of 2027. News first surfaced of plans for that facility in September 2024.

“At our core, Winsupply is an engine for entrepreneurship. By adding 1.6 million square feet to our distribution network, we are ensuring that the 680-plus entrepreneurs who lead Winsupply Local Companies today — and those who will lead them tomorrow — have the resources they need to win,” Winsupply President Jeff Dice said in a news release. “This investment allows us to perpetuate our unique business model and offer even more hard-working, courageous owners a path to success.”

On MDM’s 2025 Top Distributors Lists, Winsupply charted at No. 2 for Plumbing, No. 3 for HVACR, No. 6 for Industrial PVF, No. 17 for Electrical and 22 for Industrial Supplies. The company posted 2026 annual sales of $8.4 billion, and it has approximately 9,500 employees across the U.S.
