Contrôles Laurentide expanded its partnership with Danfoss to include the Danfoss Drives product line, strengthening its offerings in motor control and automation, including Motor Control Centres (MCCs). The development builds on the companies’ existing collaboration in Climate Solutions. The move is part of its broader strategic vision, centered on the company’s “Value Blueprint initiative”.
“Our ambition to help generate $100 billion in customer value by 2033 drives us, but more importantly, this partnership reflects our focus on empowering customers with integrated solutions that reduce costs, increase uptime and future-proof operations,” Contrôles Laurentide President & CEO Steve Dustin said in a company news release.
With the addition of Danfoss Drives, Contrôles Laurentide said it aims to support a wider range of industrial challenges, including improving energy efficiency, process optimization, equipment reliability and operational flexibility.
“This is more than a product line extension,” Contrôles Laurentide VP of Sales Angela Badrieh added. “It’s a strategic alignment that enhances our ability to create long-term value for our customers. By combining Danfoss’ world-class drive technologies with our deep field expertise, we are better equipped than ever to support the transformation of industrial operations across the region.”

Contrôles Laurentide added that the expanded agreement reflects its ongoing efforts to adapt to the evolving demands of industrial operations in Eastern Canada, particularly in areas of efficiency and environmental performance.
The Danfoss Drives line will be supported by Danfoss’ North American technical team, providing local customers with application support, commissioning, lifecycle services and training.
