European building materials supplier Saint-Gobain has acquired Phoenix Coating Resources Inc., an aeronautic parts manufacturer in Mulberry, FL. Phoenix Coating Resources Inc. will join Saint-Gobain's ceramic materials business.
The acquisition will enable Saint-Gobain to expand the range of coating solutions it provides to the aeronautics industry and continue the company’s strategy to strengthen its position in high-performance solutions for growing markets.
