Elliott Electric Supply, Inc., Nagodoches, TX, No. 21 on the list of top electrical distributors, has acquired Key Electrical Supply, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Integrated Electrical Services, Inc. Key Electric Supply, located in Houston, Texas, is a distributor of wiring, lighting, electrical distribution, power control and generators for residential and commercial applications.

\”As we continue to assess our operations and focus on our electrical and communications businesses, we concluded this was a constructive opportunity to divest another non-core business,\” said Michael J. Caliel, IES president and CEO.
Elliott began operations from the Key location on Feb. 28.
Elliott also recently acquired two locations from Treadway Electric in Arkansas, according to a report published in tED Magazine.
