Ohio Transmission Corp., Columbus, OH, No. 40 on MDM’s list of the top 40 industrial distributors, has acquired Industrial Process Equipment Group. a pump and process equipment company that will broaden the geographical reach of Ohio Transmission Corporation’s industrial product and service offerings and grow the corporation’s expert technical staff.

Ohio Transmission Corp. is known in the market as OTP Industrial Solutions and Air Technologies.

With the acquisition, OTP Industrial Solutions will add all three IPEG office locations in St. Louis, MO; Decatur, IL; and Calvert City, KY, to its 18 locations in six Midwest states and Texas.

IPEG will become a subsidiary of OTP.

Ohio Transmission Corp.’s divisions include OTP Industrial Solutions, focused on industrial motion control, fluid power, power transmission and pumping systems, and Air Technologies, a compressed air system equipment and service provider and the largest distributor of Atlas Copco compressed air equipment in North America.
