Kansas City-based PVF distributor MKS acquired Industrial Pipe & Supply. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Nebraska, IPS is a supplier of industrial-grade pipes, valves and fittings, offering a range of products including coatings and tape, fasteners, gaskets, pipe accessories and more. The company also provides services such as delivery, product application support, assembly, material test reports (MTRs), equipment rentals and inventory management solutions.

MKS said the acquisition extends its presence into Nebraska and Iowa, adding a distribution point closer to the company’s headquarters to enable same-day delivery of products like gaskets.
