Fredericksburg, VA-based Gulfeagle Supply has acquired Broward Roofing Supply in southern Florida.

Based in Hallandale, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Broward has provided southeast Florida with residential and commercial roofing materials for more than 50 years from its single location.

Gulfeagle, meanwhile, is a full-line distributor of residential and commercial roofing and building products across 135 nationwide locations.

Terms were not disclosed for the transaction, which was initiated by investment bank JIAN Group, which assisted with its negotiations.

Broward had been owned by Van Snowball and the Snowball family.
