Residential and commercial roofing, exterior and interior parts distributor ABC Supply acquired Roofing & Supplies, Inc.

Richmond, VA-based Roofing & Supplies is a distributor of residential roofing, gutter products and related accessories. Established in 1970 by Luther Linwood Caudle, the company offers a range of additional products, including skylights, roof ventilation, cements and coating, pipe flashings and more. Currently, the company is operated by second-generation siblings Luther Caudle and Gay Caudle.

The acquisition comes four days after Wisconsin-based ABC Supply announced promotions for leadership positions in merchandising, administrative and branch operations, effective March 1.
ABC Supply — No. 1 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for Building Material/Construction —  was presented with NAW’s 2025 Distributors Deliver Award in late January.
