Montreal-based janitorial supplies and equipment marketing organization Dissan Group announced Sept. 2 that it acquired V-TO, a distributor and manufacturer of cleaning products and other janitorial supplies and equipment based in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec.

Terms were not disclosed.

Family-owned and operated since 1953, V-TO was headed by third-generation owner Vincent Chevalier before handing it off to Dissan.

Dissan, meanwhile, brands itself as the largest marketing group in Canada’s professional hygiene industry, with over 60 points of sale nationwide. Founded in 1991, Dissan’s members are professional distributors of cleaning products, convenience items, specialized commercial cleaning equipment and other hygiene solutions for the commercial, institutional and industrial sectors.
