Electrical and industrial supplies distributor Graybar announced a pair of promotions on March 17 for its pricing and shared services leadership.
The St. Louis-based company said that Najam Chohan has been promoted to Vice President of Strategic Pricing, and Paul Ferguson has been named Vice President of Shared Services.
Chohan has been with Graybar since 1998, most recently serving as Director of Finance in the company’s California district. In his new role, he leads Graybar’s companywide pricing strategy, for which the company said he’ll use data–driven insights and advanced technology to support profitable growth and meet customer needs.Â
Ferguson joins Graybar after a 15-year tenure at Emerson, most recently as VP of Global Financial and Business Services. In his new role, he leads Graybar’s Shared Services organization that focuses on operational excellence, streamlined processes and expanded use of AI and technology to provide efficient, high–quality services.Â
