OEM foodservice, HVAC and residential appliance parts master distributor Parts Town announced Aug. 25 that it plans to open a 538,450-square-foot global fulfillment Center in the Atlanta area.
The company has signed a full-building lease at 85 North Business Park, also known as Jackson 85 North, in Pendergrass, GA, and expects to occupy the facility by the end of 2026. It will become Parts Town’s largest Global Fulfillment Center to date and expand its fulfillment network into the Southeast, joining existing facilities in Chicago, Phoenix and Munich.
Phoenix was its most recent addition, with the 427,000-square-foot facility opening in December 2024, with Munich added in 2022.
The new facility will stock commercial foodservice, residential appliance and HVAC OEM parts. Once operational, Parts Town said its network will be able to deliver mission-critical OEM parts to 93% of the U.S. within two days. The distributor also plans to offer local pickup and same-day delivery, providing Atlanta-area customers access to parts in as little as two hours.
More than 140 Parts Town employees will work at the new facility.

“Our new Global Fulfillment Center represents an important next step in the evolution of our North American distribution network and positions us to serve our customers and manufacturer partners with even greater speed, flexibility and scale,” Parts Town Unlimited CEO Bill Geary said.
The building will use a modular design with robotic conveyance, allowing Parts Town to adjust its layout as inventory and customer requirements change. Planned technology includes AI-powered robotics and automation for packing stations, shipping sortation and receiving. Parts Town said the investments are intended to increase productivity and space utilization while shifting employees toward higher-value work.
The site will also become Parts Town Unlimited’s first LEED-certified Global Fulfillment Center. Parts Town Unlimited, the distributor’s parent company, encompasses more than 50 brands worldwide serving the foodservice equipment, residential appliance, HVAC and consumer electronics markets.
The expansion follows Parts Town’s June 30 acquisition of 86 Repairs — a Chicago-based technology provider of repair and maintenance management solutions for foodservice operators. The deal added a platform used by more than 2,000 restaurant operators and expanded Parts Town’s technology capabilities for managing equipment repairs, maintenance and downtime.
